Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of MCP Peek Pro from Comis d.o.o.. MCP Peek’s free tier requires no purchase. Pro is sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record and processes payments and refunds on our behalf.

Digital delivery

MCP Peek Pro is a digital product. After a successful purchase, your licence key is delivered to you by email, and access is effectively immediate.

7-day money-back guarantee

If MCP Peek Pro isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase — no need to justify your decision. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, typically within 5–10 business days.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@mcppeek.com with your order number or the email address you used at checkout, and we’ll take care of it. You can also manage your purchase from the account page.

EU consumers & the right of withdrawal

MCP Peek Pro is digital content supplied without a tangible medium and made available immediately. By purchasing and downloading it, you ask us to begin supply right away and acknowledge that, once download or use has begun, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content may no longer apply. Regardless of this, we voluntarily offer the 7-day money-back guarantee described above, and your mandatory rights as a consumer — including remedies for content that is faulty or not as described — are unaffected.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, the associated Pro licence is deactivated and you must stop using the Pro features. You’re welcome to continue using the free tier.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute — we can almost always resolve refund requests quickly under this policy. Chargebacks incur fees and may result in suspension of the related licence. Any sales-tax or VAT refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with its buyer terms.

Abuse

We may decline refund requests where we reasonably detect fraud, abuse of this policy, or repeated refund-and-repurchase activity.
